The brand strategy Truffl crafted for Ripi redefined frozen as an advantage instead of a compromise. By emphasizing convenience and “Michelin quality” ingredients and pointing out “flash-frozen at peak freshness,” Truffl’s branding challenged consumers to ignore their preconceived notions of frozen food as a compromise for the sake of a quick meal.
