Branding, Web Design, and Web Development
The 24 is large-scale real estate development in the San Gabriel Valley. Created by Uncommon, the project will serve as the future corporate headquarters of MGA Entertainment, the toymaker, and creator of Bratz Dolls.
The first of its kind in California, the project will be a live-work-play campus that will transform the Northern San Fernando Valley.
It will feature 300,000 square feet of office and co-working space, movie production studios, an amphitheater, dog parks, gyms, 700 luxury apartments, retail spaces and restaurants, and countless amenities.
TRUFFL named the project 24, building upon the project’s 24-acre parcel of land. This allowed us to create the tagline, "24 acres of work, live, play, 24 hours a day."
We developed a custom logo font, color palette selection, signage development, leasing materials, and a launch event for the project.
Starting with an in-depth customer analysis and detailed brand discovery, TRUFFL worked with Uncommon to develop a brand, brand strategy and marketing strategy as innovative as the development itself.
