American Horror Story: Freak Show Influencer Event

TRUFFL ideated and produced an award-winning premiere event for the Emmy-winning Show, American Horror Story. Winning The Hollywood Reporter’s prize as the year's best marketing campaign for any television show, TRUFFL's event hosted 100 influencers and sweepstakes winners for the fan experience of a lifetime.
The event included a reception with whimsical, freak-show-inspired appetizers and cocktails, a dozen "freaks" attending as guests, and live music.
Following the cocktail reception, guests enjoyed a screening of the season premiere in a custom-built theater and screening room.
After the premiere, guests enjoyed an 8-course dinner inspired by themes of the show, courtesy of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. 50 dishes were served at once, creating a memorable fine dining experience.
TRUFFL creative directed the dinner, helping create dishes emulative of the season’s storyline and freak-show theme, including pasta served in sea urchin plates.
While dining, guests witnessed 8 freak-show performances from award-winning team Cirque Berzerk, including custom-choreographed dances, fire-breathing, trapeze performances, sword swallowing and more.
The event received not only various awards, but tens of millions of social media impressions, mentions in the press, and more.
